• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in time is anytime from 3:00pm.
  Check out must be before 12:00pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental Breakfast is included in the price and consists of the following: Cereals, Croissants, Rolls & Toast, Mixed Preserves, Marmalades, Orange Juice, Tea/Coffee.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English (Mainly). Dutch, Italian & French (Depending on staff on duty).
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 7 floors and we have 3 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  On request.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite TV is in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air-con.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are a couple of car rental companies near the hotel. Ask our concierge on arrival.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bayswater or Queensway.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paddington Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  3-5 Minutes walk from hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
