It would of been handy, if they had advised that they were currently renovating some rooms etc, as we had to endure banging until 11pm and with two youngsters it was hard to get them to settle with the hammering etc, alo difficult to get down the stairs as they had new mattresses at top of stairs leaving little room to pass safely.

Very nice and quite hotel, just outside kings cross, good value for money

room very noisy and very small, at breakfast the guests have to wait for a place at the table (not enough tabels at the dining room), coffee maker out of funktion, the door of the room cannot be properly locked

Probably it is for London good value for money but it is poor and unpleasant.

The room was small but very clean. The bathroom was tiny but adequate. We got clean towels every day. Great location. The staff was helpful and polite.

#12--The price quoted was the price we paid, but there was an added fee for charging it on a credit card. I didn't remember that this was previously mentioned.
I found out at the airport that I would have needed a VAT form in order to get a refund on the VAT tax. I wish the staff had informed me of that.

Very convenient to the tube. Some small but good restaurants were nearby. The library two doors down allowed me to use the internet on their computers. There is a grocery store nearby.

Small, clean, friendly. A good buy since it also included breakfast.
