• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are meant per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Italian, Russian, Maltese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have three floors and we do not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, we do not have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have TV with four local stations.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  We do have telephones in the rooms but they can only be used for incoming calls.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Our rooms are not equipped with air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is free in front of our premises from 6.30pm to 8.00am. Other times would be subject to street parking meter charges.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent from a local car rental facility about a ten minute walk from our premises.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow is the nearest airport but Gatwick and Stansted are within reasonable distance from our hotel too.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not offer any shuttle services to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  King's Cross is only 100 meters away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  King's Cross St. Pancras.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  King's Cross St. Pancras.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, we do not have a fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property but there are many in the area nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible to connect to the Internet from the room.
