Fantastic! We were having a weekend away from the kids and wanted luxury and relaxation. We had no idea how lovely the hotel would be. It more than lived up to our expectations and we are already planning to go back to enjoy the facilities again. The staff were welcoming and not pretentious (as in some hotels we have stayed in) and really made the stay even more enjoyable. We were able to recharge our batteries and enjoy London at its best. Thanks for a great stay.
