• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are quoted per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We have special rates which run during certain times of the year which could either include Continental or Full English breakfast. This will be confirmed when the booking is made.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Credit card authorisation will be taken on arrival. If the guest doesn't have a credit card, then a cash deposit will be required.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, French, Arabic and, of course, English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Carlton Tower has 18 floors with 3 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have rooms overlooking our Stainless Steel Pool. These rooms are very quiet. This suite also overlooks the pool.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our rooms do not have terraces. Certain rooms have balconies which either overlook Cadogan Garden or the exclusive Sloane Street.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Rooms with balconies with views over the private gardens of Cadogan Place and the exclusive Sloane Street are available.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have smoking and non-smoking floors.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We do have airconditioners in the rooms and suites. There is no additional charge for this.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes. We have a Business Centre with Internet, Email, Scanning, Faxing and Photocopying facilities.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, the Peak Health Club & Spa offers a 20 metre stainless steel pool. Opening hours are Monday - Friday: 6.30 - 22.00 and Saturday - Sunday: 7.30 - 21.00
• Is parking or garage available?
  Underground parking available at the hotel at hourly and daily rates.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London City.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Chauffeur driven limousine transfer service to/from all London airports is available.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Sloane street.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Victoria Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Knightsbridge underground stop is 3 minutes walk away; Sloane Square underground stop is 8 minutes walk away
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  The Peak Health Club & Spa offers a state-of-the-art gym, aerobics studio and a Sisley Beauty Spa.
• Are pets welcome?
  No. Only guide dogs are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes. The Rib Room & Oyster Bar: Traditional British cuisine; Grissini London: Contemporary Italina Cuisine; Monte's Sloane Street: Mediterranean Cuisine; Chinoiserie: Light snacks & Afternoon Tea; The Club Room: Healthy light snacks & cocktails.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes. We have High Speed Internet Connection (extra charged).
