  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French & Italian (depending on shifts).
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Capital London has 4 floors and there is a lift.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning with in-room controls.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not on site but Day Memberships are available for an exclusive health & fitness spa nearby which has an indoor pool. In the Summer the Serpentine Lido is open to the public in nearby Hyde Park
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, covered parking on site.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London City 9.3 miles (14.9 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can arrange it with notice at an extra charge.
