Travellers Reviews

The room was very small, even by UK standards. The balcony listed on the voucher appeared to be available only on first floor rooms. We were on the fourth floor. There was only a single, small, and very slow elevator. The only ventilation in the room was a single window that was screwed closed when we arrived.
The room was clean, the bathroom quite nice, the restaurant was good as well. Our major disappointment was how small and difficult of access the room was. ... No mini-bar or refrigerator in the room.

The map used incorrect street name outside paddington station, i dont recall the name of the street off hand but the 'west' prefix should have been 'east' (or vice versa) prefix on the map. ... Only problem was that the room had no windows that could be opened, making it very stuffy with stale air. ... Good value for money and central enough for tourists needs

They were very nice. We arrived at 7:30 am, exhausted and jet lagged. There was a room available and we were able to check in and take a nap thus enjoying our first day in London.
Many people seemed to be asking to change rooms, but ours was fine.
Breakfast was good with nice staff.
Green shiny thing inside door looks like a good place to slip and fall. It's stylish but dangerous. Can you tell I am a personal injury lawyer@? Always aware of the pitfalls. ... Interesting because I got reservation because you just volunteered. I think I was fooled into reserving with you but it turned out okay.

Very satisfied. Relaxing. ... The room was a bit smaller than expected, but it didn't really matter. It was nice and clean. We hope there will be a Minibar next time we arrive. We can recommend this hotel. ... We already have recommended it to our friends.

I was a little bit upset about the limited space of the room and bathroom (from the pictures & category I had booked I had expected a little bit more). ... Very nice atmosphere/nice design (e.g. lobby, breakfast room, etc.), room was less spacious than expected, breakfast was great, service was nice, location was nice as well

The rooms were clean but very small and simple - not at all similiar to the pictures shown on web. ... The Hotel is situated in a quiet and beautiful area of London. The building is beautiful as well. The double standard rooms are very simple and very small. the furniture and bed are a bit run down. i expected a bit more elegance (as a 4 star hotel)in room.

The room was very samll with little free space. The room was noisy - TVs, guests, etc in other rooms could be easily heard. ... The room sizes should be made clear. Also, our room had no view whatsoever - this should be made clear. ... Friendly staff, good breakfast facilities, but the accommodation was barely adequate.
