    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    All standard rooms include continental breakfast. For executive rooms rate includes full English breakfast.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, if a credit card guarantee has already been given.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak English, Italian, Turkish and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 4 floors with a passenger lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes. Due to health & safety regulations they cannot be used.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is TV in every room with satellite news channel, radio, pay movies and TV games.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialing in every rooms.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there isn't air conditioning in the bedrooms but all the public areas are air conditioned.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Every room has a dataport for Internet access.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Charged parking is nearby.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Hertz, Easyrentacar, Avis. All have the offices in central London.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Heathrow.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Various bus stops just a few minutes walk away from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is Paddington.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Queensway, Bayswater and Lancaster Gate are nearest tube stations from the hotel just a few minutes walk away.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Not in the property. Nearby there is a fitness centre at about 5 minutes walk away.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes. The XO Restaurant serves international cuisine.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
