  Yes, as long as they have a guaranteed credit card on each booking.

  English, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and one elevator/lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in each room, but not international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is only airconditioning in the executive and deluxe rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No hotel parking, but metered parking in the road, and a pay garage a block away.
• Where can we rent a car?
  10 minutes walk away in Edgware Road.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, there is the A2 Airbus that goes from Bayswater Road (100 metres away).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bayswater Road.

  Paddington Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Queensway tube station - central line - 5 minutes walk.
  Bayswater tube station - District and Circle lines.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, a breakfast restaurant - Wellington Restaurant and an evening restaurant - Rosetti restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
