  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, we do not serve breakfast as the apartments are self catering.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, if a credit card guarantee is given in advance.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 5 floors, all of which are served by a lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    The apartments on higher floors are the quietest in building. Most of these higher apartments have their own separate balconies.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    All are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some do have their own private balcony.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Only some apartments do.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No, we do not.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a Sat/Tv in all rooms.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Air-conditioning is available in some of the apartments only (front apartments). There is no additional charge and it is available all year round.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Each apartment has its own dining area.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not but there is an Isocket in every apartment. Additional charges do apply for use of this.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Not at the property, but there are several NCP's in the local area.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Reception can assist with this requirement.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    London City Airport (10 km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, however we are able to organise airport pick-up at an additional cost.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Liverpool Street Station (opposite the hotel!)
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Liverpool Street Station (opposite the hotel!)
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Liverpool Street Station is directly facing the property.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not however discounted entrance at the local Fitness Exchange is available to all guests.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, however there are several restaurants in the local area.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can. An additional charge will apply though.
