Cheap accommodation, clean and reasonably decorated, on-suite with good shower, no lifts so be prepared to walk up several flights of stairs, good breakfast for the price, convenient for Paddington station. Would recommend for short stay B&B.

When we arrived the receptionist had our reservation. The arrival and check-in were quick and easy and painless. During our stay, however, we did witness two other parties heatedly discussing reservation problems with the hotel reception. We can only conclude that they did not reserve through LondonBy.com.

We were very satisfied with the Belvedere Hotel. Our room was clean, cleaned daily and quiet. While not large it was very comfortable.

Excellent location, clean and well-maintained, friendly staff, adequate if not very exciting breakfast, pleasant staff. Definately a good value stay for London. I would stay there again.

The room was clean, however, the bathroom was literally 2foot by 3foot and housed the toilet, sink and shower resulting in less than 1x1 foot square for someone to stand. The receptionists were not knowledgeable about travel to the airport and we had to wait until midnight to speak to someone who had a number to call a cab (ridiculous when we had to be up at 4AM to catch a 7AM flight). They also did not honor the wake up call we requested - critical when trying to wake up at 4AM.

I would not recommend this place to a friend.

The room 19A was a little rundown.
Radiator could not be adjusted (no room for hand)
Ensuite clean but very cramped and handbasin too small.
Staff were good.

I would advise them to go to the same street and look at what else is available, rather than book ahead. As there are other better looking hotels at comparable prices in the area.

We got to the hotel expecting to leave our lagguage there and come back later since we landed 4 hours before check-in time, still they were kind enough to check us in and give us the room, and to offer breakfast.

The room was clean, and the stuff was helpful. The problem is that we couldn't persive how tiny the room is from the images on the site, and how clastrophobic the bath room is.

It seems like they were surprised that we are leaving....
