- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
All rates at the Belvedere are per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
A full English breakfast is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, guests can settle their bill upon the arrival in cash or by credit card. We acccept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and also Electron, Mastro, Maestro In and Solo. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English is spoken at the reception. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are four floors in our hotel, so if you happen to have problems with the stairs, please request a room on a lower floor when booking. We do not have a lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
One half of our rooms are facing the street, the other half if facing the quiet mews. All the rooms are private and with a little effort can be made romantic. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they do not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Most of the rooms in the hotel are non-smoking.
- Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, all our rooms have satellite TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Each room has a direct dial telephone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There is currently no air conditioning in the hotel. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, however, guests can check their emails in the many internet cafes close to the hotel. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
There is no parking at the hotel. There is a car park 7 minutes walk from the hotel at extra charge.
- Where can we rent a car?
There are several car hire firms near to the hotel and we can advise you on the most convenient.
- Which is the nearest airport?
Heathrow is the nearest airport. You can take Heathrow Express from the Heathrow underground which takes approx 15 to 20 minutes to get to the Paddington. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Shuttle or Minicabs can be ordered at reception to go to the airports. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus-stop is Paddington. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is Paddington. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
We are only two minutes away from Paddington underground station. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
We regret, but we can't accommodate pets. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
The hotel restaurant is open only for breakfast. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
You can connect your modem to the telephone point in your bedroom.
