  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The prices are per apartment but each apartment has a maximum occupancy.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, breakfast is not included although a welcome basket of breakfast items like tea, milk, sugar, juice, bread, butter and cereals will be provided for each apartment on arrival.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    deposits are charged 5/6 weeks prior to arrival with the remainder of the rental accommodation due on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    German, Portuguese and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 9 floors in total. There is 1 lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All apartments are quiet, private and romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Bath towels changed daily, linen every 2nd day.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    All lower ground floor apartments have a patio garden. The 3-bedroom executive and 4-bedroom superior apartments both offer large terraces and some of the 3-bedroom Standard and Superior apartment have west facing balconies.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Only some floors have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    None specifically although we take extra care and in preperation for these requests.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is about 18 channels in total.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes and includes voice-mail.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, however when requested we can hired portable air-conditioning units on a per week basis.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    All 1 & 2-bedroom apartments have a combined living/dining room and can conmfortably seat between 4 and 6 peaple. The larger apartments have a separate dining room and seat up to 8 peaple.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, each apartment has a directline telephone with a modem plug insert. All apartments have a broadband dataport in the lounge room. Broadband is chargable. Modem's are not povided.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Only at our complimentary health club nearby.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is metered aparking in Beaufort Gardens and several nearby NCP garages.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    The concierge will be happy to arrange this on your request.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    London Heathrow.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, just advise us in writing the airport you arrive at, your flight number, arrival time and the number of guests and we will advise on the type of car and the charges associated. If you are travelling with a lot of luggage, please let us know so that we can advise the car company and ensure that the car is large enough.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Just out on Brompton Road near Harrods. 1 minutes walk.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Victoria Station.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    The nearest underground stop is Knightsbridge. Take the exit marked Harrods, walk past Harrods on Brompton Road and the 2nd street on the left after Harrods is Beaufort Gardens.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    The nearby health club which is complimentary for all guests includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, arobic's classes, running machines, cycling machines, step machines, free standing weights and various hydrolic weights. Guests are given complimentary towels and lockers and the bathrooms includes free tolietries.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, except guide dogs.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    There is no restaurant in the property. However, all apartment have fully equipped kitchens and there is a variety of supermarkets within walking distance. In addition, there is a large variety of restaurant in the vicinity of Beaufort House, some of which offer free delivery within 45 minutes.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, weather you decide to use the analog line or broadband.
