Beaufort House is a small, privately owned property situated in the heart of Knightsbridge. Offering 21 fully serviced self-contained apartments; we are also ideally positioned for all shopping areas and places of interest in London. Ranging from an intimate one bedroom to a spacious 4 bedroom flat, all apartments are interior designed to the highest standard. The majority of our apartments have a working fireplace in either the lounge or the dining room creating a warm and cosy atmosphere.
 
On arrival a welcome basket with breakfast ingredients is provided. In addition, all apartments have satellite TV, DVD, Video, hi-fi equipment, direct dial telephone with voice mail and individual line. Focusing on our guests' satisfaction, Beaufort House offers state of the art technology for Internet access being high speed ISDN or modem connection. Furthermore, a safe, hairdryer and iron/ironing board are also available in every apartment. On arrival a large welcome basket with breakfast ingredients is provided. Should a guest require more substantial provisions, we are happy to organise this prior to arrival. Our apartments are divided into the following categories:
 
One bedroom Standard (4)
Approx. 525sqft, mostly located on lower floors, some with private patio. One of these apartments only has a
Double size bed, all the others have a King size bed with the option to be split into 2 single beds, bathroom, combined dinning room/living room and a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, microwave, and fridge.. 2 of these apartments are on the lower ground floor which also have their own secluded patio garden.

One bedroom Superior (3)
Approx. 555sqft, all located on the first floor (second floor US).
These are larger than standard apartments and some have an additional cloakroom. Superior  apartments have a sofa bed in the lounge and can sleep an extra person.
 
One bedroom Executive (2)
Approx. 750sqft, located on lower ground, both with large patio either off the bedroom or the lounge.
Our largest type of 1 bedroom apartments offers the same facilities than the standard apartment, but has, in addition, a separate dining room with additional storage space and 2 full bathrooms. Again, there is a sofa bed in the lounge for an additional person.

Two bedroom Standard (1)
Located on the 4th floor, approx. 800sqft. One bedroom with a queen size bed, the second a twin.
One bathroom and an additional cloakroom. The kitchen is larger than in the 1 bedroom apartments and has a dishwasher in addition, like all 2 - 4 bedroom apartments.
 
Two bedroom Superior (1)
Located on the upper ground floor, approx. 950sqft.
Offers a large combined dining room/lounge with fireplace and double height ceiling, master bedroom with king size bed (or twin if required) and en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom and an additional cloakroom.

Three bedroom Standard (5\6)
Between 110-1250sqft, some with west facing balconies off the bedrooms. Can accommodate between 5/6 guests.
The apartments have flexible bedding arrangement where king size beds can be made into twins and vice versa. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms share one bathroom, some of the apartments have an additional cloakroom. 2 of the standard apartments can only sleep up to 5 guests as the third bedroom is a single room only. All three and four bedroom apartments are on split levels with the living accommodation on one side facing Beaufort Gardens. The bedrooms are located either a few steps up or down and face the quiet back of the property, overlooking fashionable Beauchamp Place. All three and four bedroom apartments have a separate living room and a separate dining room, which can as well be used as a meeting room.
 
Three bedroom Superior (3)
Approx. 1275sqft.
There are 2 large bedrooms with either king or twin beds, both with en-suite bathrooms, and an additional single bedroom with a bathroom off the hallway. Living accommodation is same as in standard apartments. All of the larger apartments have working fireplaces, some have balconies.

Three bedroom Executive (1)
Approx. 1450sqft. with large terrace to the front of the building.
Large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedded and one queen bedded room share the 2nd bathroom. There is an additional cloakroom. The 3 bedrooms Exec. has a very large living room with double height ceiling and is, together with the 2 bedroom Superior, our most popular apartment.

Four bedroom Superior (1)
1500sqft., again with large terrace to the front of the building.
Living accommodation is the same as the 3 bed Executive, on one side facing Beaufort Gardens, 4 bedrooms with flexible bedding arrangement, 2 bedrooms are en-suite, the other two share the 3rd bathroom. This apartment is equipped with: fridge/freezers, microwave, ovens and washer/dryers. The larger apartments also have a dishwasher.
