• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast has an extra charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, which ever you perfer, most guests prefer to pay on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Polish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Beaufort Hotel has 5 floors, with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are individually decorated.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, without any extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  On street.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask the Concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London City 9.4 miles (15 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange private transfer to/from airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Beaufort Gardens.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Victoria Railway Station 0.8 miles (1.3 km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Knightsbridge, 5 minutes walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but we offer access to a top "London Health Club".
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
