  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, English breakfast is included.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 4 floors. We do not have a lift, but can provide help with luggage. The breakfast room is in the basement.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    There are quiet rooms (please request when booking).
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, all linens and towels are provided, with space pillows and blankets stored in each room.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not have.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Two rooms have a small balcony looking out onto the street in front of the hotel.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do have.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is a TV with Satellite news channel.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not, but fans are provided on request.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    No, there is not.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not have, but we do have a Free Wireless Internet Access.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Several Car Parks are available in the nearby vicinity.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    We can book car rental from Hertz or Avis. All major rental companies have local offices.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Heathrow Airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We can arrange taxi pick up to and from the airport.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Paddington Station or near Lancaster Gate Station.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Paddington Station.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Paddington - 3 minutes walk - walk down London Street to the traffic lights - cross straight over onto Sussex Place.
    Lancaster Gate - Central Line - 4 minutes walk - Right out of the station follow the road up to Sussex Gardens then take the 1st right onto Sussex Place.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry pets are not allowed.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Free Wireless Internet Access in all rooms (we can provide a wireless PC Card if required).
