• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room

• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Italian, Spanish (not all available at the same time, varies)
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?

  Quiet rooms at back of hotel on request

• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  no they don't.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some have a balcony

  Yes there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes in the bar or with wireless access free in the reception/bar/lounge with your own laptop.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  no there is not
• Where can we rent a car?

• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we do.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Earls Court Road or Warwick Road

  Paddington/Victoria
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  From Earls Court underground take the Earls Court Road exit, cross the main Earls Court Road turn right down Earls Court Road, find a pub called the Blackbird on left hand side, turn left at pub onto Barkston Gardens, first hotel on left
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is not
• Are pets welcome?
  no they are not
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  yes there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  yes, dial up charges apply, you will need your own adaptor
