  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are quoted per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Full English Breakfast is included with packages.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The guest will settle the bill on check-out.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    German, French, Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 10 floors and 2 elevators.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Selection of well appointed guestrooms, suites and fully-serviced apartments.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    None of the rooms have a terrace or courtyard.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    None of the rooms have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    The hotel provides smoking and non-smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Bang & Olufsen televisions in all rooms with an in room entertainment system encompassing digital TV and radio, Broadband internet access, pay per view movies, CD and DVD player and web-based games.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All telephones offer direct dialling along with a voice mail message system.
