- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Prices are quoted per room per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Full English Breakfast is included with packages.
- Can we settle the bill on arrival?
The guest will settle the bill on check-out. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
German, French, Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 10 floors and 2 elevators. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?

Bang & Olufsen televisions in all rooms with an in room entertainment system encompassing digital TV and radio, Broadband internet access, pay per view movies, CD and DVD player and web-based games.

All telephones offer direct dialling along with a voice mail message system. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

No shuttle service is available however our Concierge will be able to assist in booking airport transfers. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
