• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room and charges apply to extra guest.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a continental Breakfast ia included in the rates
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, payment is taken on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  7 floors including the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we do some few very quiet rooms and all rooms are private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No,the rooms do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.The whole building is a non smoking area.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There are TVs in the rooms but no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling phone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no airconditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is wirelss acces all over the hotel for a fee per hour.There is also a computer terminal for those who do not bring along their computers for a fee per minute.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel has not got its own parking but arrangements have been made with an NCP car park near by for guest to park their cars and get a discount.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are places close by to do so.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London City airport and Heathrow.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have a shuttle service for pick up to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  New Cavendish street is at 3 minutes from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Marylebone is the closest railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Oxford circus station is the closest bus stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No but there is L.A fitness near by that give discount to guest.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but you can connect wirelessly.
