| SPECIAL NOTICE From 1 July 2007 it will be against the law to smoke in most enclosed and public places and workplaces, including the Astons Apartments. Smoking in smoke-free premises holds a fixed penalty notice of £50.00 imposed on the person smoking. Should the problem persist, Astons Apartments will have to cancel the reservation and unfortunately, ask the guest to leave. Reservations cancelled due to infringement of the smoke-free laws are non-refundable. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
*In the case of late cancellation or no show, the first night will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
