  Check in from 14:00, Check out before 10:30.

• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and little bit French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel has four floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms are without Terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms are without balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have it.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, cable TV in all the rooms, the TV Louge is available 24 hour a day with Cable and Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Direct dialing telephone line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, the rooms are without air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, the Internet point is available.

  No, there is not.

  No, the parking is not available.

  At the Railway Station.

  Heathrow (by Underground).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  From as little as £24 you can come direct to the Arran house hotel from Heathrow Airport in a chauffeur driven cab. Simply provide us with your flight details and expected time of arrival and we will take care of the rest.

  Routes - 10, 14, 14A, 24, 29, 73 and 135.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Euston Railway Station.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry pets are not allowed inside.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. Kitchen facilities with fridge facilities are available to guests.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
