Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly polite, helpful and obliging. I actually thought that it was the best accommodation I had experienced in terms of service and price. The rooms were spotless, as was the rest of the hotel.

WiFi internet is included in the price - this was not made clear on the website (this is a positive comment).

Really cute and comfortable. The location was fantastic, not only in terms of proximity to the Exhibtion Centre, but also to the tube station, shops and transport.

I enjoyed my stay at Amsterdam very much. It was very quiet, clean. The staff extremely polite and fiendly, and very helpful. The atmoshere is very homelike, which for me is a lot. My previous stay was at Millenium Gloster (not via your company), which I frankly very much disliked.
So, I am looking forward to coming again to AMsterdam in March, and I am sure that the stay will be as nice as the previous time.

It happened to be even closer to the Tube than I had expected. And very quiet. I could not hear either the noise from the other rooms, or the street noises. Maybe I was lucky with the neighbors, but I tend to think that is the atmosphere.

The room was a little more faded than the pictures on the website, but that wasn't a surprise. The room was small and the bathroom tiny, but it was the most efficiently arranged bathroom I've ever seen and the rest of the room was very comfortable.
Upon arrival I noticed that the TV remote wasn't working. The staff immediately replaced the batteries so it was available right away. They also assisted with problems with the computers. In fact, that was the only disappointment - it seems that people can really cause problems and make it very difficult to maintain a shared system. During my stay, the staff often had to come down and remove viruses and objectionable items that would pop up unexpectedly. It was clear, however, that these things were done by hotel guests. Such a shame, as the hotel tries very hard to make it convenient to have access to email and the internet.

I would describe it as a small, friendly hotel located very close to the Earl's Court Station, making it a convenient spot for any kind of activity anywhere in London. The single room was perfectly arranged and cozy. The breakfast room was delightful and the staff helpful without being intrusive.

Although it was a small B&B I was pleasantly surprised that they took our bags to our room for us.

The included breakfast was the best breakfast we have had at any hotel we've ever stayed in! There's no need to pay for an upgraded breakfast. The only difference is a couple of pieces of canadian bacon!

The Earl Court tube is barely 2 seconds from the hotel. Heathrow airport is a straight shot from this tube-- no transfered needed. I think you could increase business if people knew just how conveniently located the hotel is. There was a free 24 hour internet room that was VERY accomodating.

Cozy cottage style room, adorably decorated in a pastel print. The cuisine choices surrounding the hotel are great. We ate something different every night!

The hotel is located very near the Earl's Court underground station - this would be helpful to know in arriving from the airport or train station.
