• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room or per apartment per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price, English breakfast is available upon request with a small extra charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes the account can be settled upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Rooms are on 6 floors. There is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All garden facing rooms are quiet however front rooms have sound proofed windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The ground floor rooms back facing lead onto the garden. Some apartments and rooms with balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms and apartments are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV in all accommodations.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Direct dial telephone with voice mail in all accommodations.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet connection available in the internet room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a national car park within 8 minutes walk of the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can arrange car rental for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London City we are located in the central part of the city.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Earl's Court Road, 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Victoria Station, 4 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Earl's court station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Our telephones have data ports but no modems.
