I have supposed that 'tea/coffee facilities' will be an electric tea-kettle and some cups, but probably that means something different.

It is very good located, near the station and bus stps.

One negative side: the walls are very thin and the doors are very closed to each other so,you can hear every movement of you neighbours.
Another negative side:windows in my room looked right to the yard of the Primary School so, it is a little bit noisy location.
In addition it will be very good idea to have a kettle in your room.

The quad room booked was inadequate for 4 people. There was no room to accommodate 4 or 5 large suitcases. We relocated to 2 x 2 bed rooms which were great.

Breakfast was somewhat boring and could be improved a bit.
Our room was quiet,in the back, only up many steps to 4th floor. WC on hallway was very tiny,OK for us, but too small for a larger person.

The rooms are clean but very compact , the shower attached to the room is very tiny and water flows like a trickle.

The staff are wonderful at this hotel, we really appreciated that aspect of the hotel. However the bedding had stains on it, a dirty sponge was left in our room and the toilet seat had fallen off.

That there is a school yard right beside the hotel and is very noisy during their lunch and break times.

For London this was an acceptable place for the money we paid. The rooms are very small, but fine for a short length of stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The english breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day.

There was no problem at all locating the hotel. The direction was absolutely right.

There were no tea maling facilities in the room. These should be provided for customers' comfort.

The hotel staff were very kind to keep our luggages which we came later in the afternoo to pick.
