• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Full English Breakfast is included on all types of rooms.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English , Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The Hotel is located on a tranquil side street of Euston Road and the rooms are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. All the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Tv in each of our rooms but there are only national channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have but the hotel offers wi-fi access from all the rooms and there is an Internet Point close by.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, sorry.
• Where can we rent a car?

• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow airport (20 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but King's Cross-St Pancras station has excellent connections with the local airports.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Euston Road (2 minute walking distance).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  King's Cross-St.Pancras (2 minute walking distance).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  King's Cross-St Pancras train station is located a 2 minute walk away. This station is served by the main lines.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but we have teamed up with a local Gym to give guests a 50% reduction. Ask the reception for more details.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are may dining facilities nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can with your own laptop. We offer wireless connection.
