• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices quoted are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price. We serve continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, payment is due on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, German, Bulgarain and Polish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms have designed in such a way to ensure privacy and intimacy of all guests.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, one of our rooms does.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. All rooms non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in each of our rooms but there are national channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning however most rooms have ceiling fans and the hotel has central heating.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there is an Internet Point 200 metres far from the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available along the street but there are some restrictions.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car rental desk at King's Cross-St.Pancras station (100 metres far from the hotel) or there are many car rentals at the airports.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London City (LCY) 10 km or London Heathrow (LHR) 20 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but King's Cross-St Pancras station has excellent connections.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is located at the bottom of the road
  (2 minute walking distance).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  King's Cross-St.Pancras (2 minute walking distance).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  King's Cross-St Pancras train station is located a 2 minute walk away. This station is served by the main lines.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
