• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included. It is a traditionnal cooked english breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors but no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms with terrace are available.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Non smoking rooms are available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Colour TV are available in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is not currently available.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is no internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is possible.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Hertz or Avis are nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  It can be arranged.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Paddingtion, 5 minutes walk.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paddington.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Paddington Underground Station. Exit the Station, turn right onto Praed Street, walk up for 15 meters, turn left onto London Street, walk up for 50 meters till you get to the Junction of Sussex Gardens. Cross the road to get to the Adare Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the property no.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, I cannot.
