A very good hotel near the centre at a reasonable price and just less than 5 minutes walk from the Tube and Paddington station. Next time I'll stay at Abbey Court again.

As is usual for flights from the US, we arrived very early in the morning. They were accomodating in letting us stash our bags until our room was ready in early afternoon.

Good location. Reasonable price. Small rooms, but typical for that type of hotel.

The breakfast was very disorganised, we had to que a long time before even getting in then had to wait just as long before being served, the continental style breakfast was dissapointing (toast and jam) or cereal, of which the toast was cold.
The decor was dated and was supprised not to find a kettle for drinks in the room.

A very bland hotel, better could be found for the price range, but we went there as a last resort due to short notice.

The room was clear and this is enough. Unfortunately was very small. One day there was not the hot water in the bathroom. The breakfast was very disappointing. Only one slice of cheese and one of ham, butter, marmalade and 4 toasts bread. Very poor!!
But the price was convenient: 78£ per night...not too bad!

In the pictures of the bathroom, there`s only one tap, but in fact there were alway (England-typical?) two taps for each cold and warm water. Not important, but as I'm from Germany I noticed it.
But on your site are two 'Abbey Court Hotels' mentioned if you search for hotels in Paddington. By this I was mislead to reserve rooms in the 'wrong' one, the first time, but gladly cancellation was no problem.

Clean, under the circumstances of London's prices very reasonable Hotel. Has smaller rooms but in spite of this enough space as you don't intend to stay at the room all day. Friendly and alway helpful staff and a setting well connected to public transport to reach nearly all places in 10 minutes.

There were two Abbey Court Hotels so we went to the wrong one first. Probably my mistake but may want to put it in the information that there are two close by.

Giusto rapporto qualità-prezzo. Molto comodo perchè vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. Noi eravamo in una tripla, non troppo spaziosa ma sia il bagno che la stanza erano puliti. Lo consigliamo.

Have stayed in Abbey Hotel often, staff always extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms can do with updating (curtains, carpets, bedspreads)

You do not have tea and coffee making facilities in your rooms - nice to have a cup of tea after a long day and before going out.

Perfectly adequate, especially for the price, can pay a lot more at other hotels but not actually get a lot more, very well placed near Paddington tube, good breakfast, all in all a nice little hotel.

Good location. Convenient to Tube. Good neighborhood. Rooms are tiny. If you need space this is not the place to stay. No need for a remote for the TV. Could reach the controls from bed. However, would stay there again because everything else in London is so expensive.

I had asked for a twin room but got a double instead. We didn't really mind, but a twin room might have been bigger.

Although the room was reasonably clean and the view was lovely, it was extremely small. In fact, it was the tiniest hotel room I have seen in my life!There was scarcely any room to move around, and we did not know where to put our luggage (as we were spending quite some time in the UK, we had four pieces of luggage in total, which we stored in the bathroom and in front of the door!). The closet was barely half a meter wide, and there wasn't even a toiletries shelf on top of the bathroom sink (surely this can't be that expensive!)
Finally, for three consecutive days it was extremely hot in the room, so that one night we had to sleep with the window open!

I forgot to return the television remote control to the reception desk, which means that I lost my 10 pound deposit. Since asking for such a deposit is standard practice, I wish that someone had taken the trouble to check if I was supposed to hand them something back. It makes one wonder who benefits from all those forgotten envelopes with money in them.

We had a very confusing itinerary and Abbey Court handled everything very well.

Members of my family have stayed at Abbey Court many times over the years. Obviously everything must go well or they would not go back.

Because it was very hot in London also my room in the attic was very hot. There is no air conditioning in the hotel but some kind of fan would have made the room much better.
