• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A continental buffet breakfast is included in the price and a typical english breakfast can be fixed for an extra charge of 3 pounds sterling.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes the bill can be settled on arrival or an the departure date.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Swedish.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes the rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  None of the rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None of the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Smoking is allowed in all the rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No there is no internet point on the property.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available on a first come first serve basis with a 10 pounds charge per day. Small cars only are accepted.
• Where can we rent a car?
  vis, Hertz, Europ-car, and others at 10 minutes walking distance.
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is London Heathrow.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Paddington Station at 2 minutes walking distance.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paddington Railway Station at 2 minutes walking distance.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Paddington Underground Station is at a 2 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No this is not possibile.
