They called a cab for us for 4:30 the next morning, and it arrived right on schedule. They allowed us to keep our luggage at the front desk overnight. Check out was easy and not a problem at all

Yes! Right next door to the Iranian embassy-some might not be comfortable with this. In addition, the applicants start lining up at 4 in the morning to get into the embassy and they are mostly men.

A flat in a wonderful area of London, within walking distance to everything that you could possibly want (stores, restaurants, the tube, groceries). Truly gives you the feeling of actually living in a high rent area of London, across from a park. Loved it.

We were allowed to check in early as requested given that we had been on a long flight with 2 young children. This was really appreciated.

In a very safe area; comfortable; well appointed; incredibly convenient to shops, tube station, restaurants and convenience stores; in really quite and tranquil setting. Wonderful place to stay.

I would certainly recommend your page. I found it very helpful. It's great to have so many listings on one page and be able to compare units side-by-side. I also got a quick and helpful response to my availability inquiries.
The page is also easy to use and very fast to load.

I had some initial problems with my booking (the Cardholder declined the international booking, suspecting fraud), so I had to re-book. But the staff at Apartments 51 was very helpful in getting it straightened out (via email).

My first call from the airport went to a message service, but one called me back. I had to call a second time. I reached the staff person directly, and she was apologetic and very helpful in getting us checked in.

The exterior photo makes it appear that there is a garden outside the building -- the photo is actually showing shrubery that is in the yard across the street.

I was very pleased to be able to enter my room at 9:30 in the morning. After a transatlantic flight I was extremely glad that I didn't have to walk around the neighborhood waiting!

The apartment was lovely. Although, the kitchen was much smaller than I what I saw on the website. The bed coverings and rug were beautiful, but because they were a light yellow, you could see several stains. The bathroom was great and the room was quiet.

The taxi the staff arranged for me when I left did not arrive. Luckily the location of the flat enabled me to catch a taxi on Kensington/High Street. I was glad I had arranged the taxi with extra time to catch one myself.

since there isn't someone at the front desk at all times, it was somewhat inconvenient to check out on a Saturday and leave our luggage until dinner time (the front desk person left at around 3pm)

wonderful and charming place with great character. Modern facilities plus a very nice kitchen. Great location.
