• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, every apartment has its own kitchen. However, we can provide a breakfast pack in the room for a supplementary charge, details available on request.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, payment is due 28 days before arrival or at the time of bookings for stays of two nights or less.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors and 1 lower ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All apartments are quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided and they are twice weekly changed.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One superior 2 bedroom apartment has a private patio with potted plants and garden furniture.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One superior 2 bedroom apartment has a small balcony overlooking a garden area across the street.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No airconditioning but all apartments have high powered standing electric fans.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  All apartments have a dining table suited to the size of the apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, although each apartment has modem access for laptops.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there's metered parking in the street outside and a multi-storey car parking close by.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are several places fairly close by.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow, 30 - 45 minutes by car, tube or bus.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can arrange taxis on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just around the corner.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Victoria and Paddington mainline stations are both within two miles and easily accessible by tube or taxi.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  "High Street Kensington", less than 5 minutes walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No but there are several health clubs very close by.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
