May have been helpful to have known it was part of Rubens Hotel. As entry to No41 is via locked door we had to approach Doorman at Rubens to find out how to gain access. He was very polite and helpful with porter bring our luggage to reception of No41 but it felt strange asking what we thought was another hotel for direction to the competition. ... But have to say marble in bathrooms not really marble but thats being fussy. ... You have it about right. No41 should be viewed as a quiet haven way from the hussle and bussle of London but treated as if you were in a friends house. My compliments to all the staff who made our 20th wedding anniversery so memoriable. ... A place to relax amongst friends.
