Words cannot adequately express my stay at
Eleven Cadogan Gardens. The day I arrived, my daughter's flat had been robbed. After the police and CID left, we literally bundled up all her clothes, books, and belongings in trash bags and then went to the hotel.
We were treated with great dignity, compassion, and empathy during our entire stay. Everyone was so kind regarding our unfortunate situation. It was extremely comforting to feel we were in a safe hotel.
It took a week to reconstruct my daughter's life and lease another flat. The hotel allowed us to keep all of her belongings, and even gave us the use of an adjoining room so we could sort out what was stolen.
The hotel is lovely, quiet, and extremely accommodating. Everyone we came in contact with was genuine, warm, and kind.
Eleven Cadogan Gardens was a blessing during this most unfortunate time.

Location of our room not satisfactory. We had to walk through the smoke-filled living room to enter or leave our room. It did not feel private.
I would request a different location next time.
